Ordering

Why can't I buy all products online?

We are working hard to make all products available for sale online and will be releasing new products regularly. Stay updated on our incoming collections by signing up for our newsletter.

How do I place my order?

To place an order, simply browse our online catalog for products or use the searchbar at the top of each page. When you have found your product, select size, color, and weight then click “Add to Cart”. When you are ready to checkout, click “Cart” in the upper right-hand toolbar then select “View Cart & Checkout." Confirm that you’re finished shopping by reviewing your selections, then click “Proceed to Checkout.”

How do I change or cancel my order?

We begin processing orders right away and are unable to make changes. If you need to cancel an order, please contact [email protected] We’ll do our best to catch it before it goes out!

Why does my order have sales tax?

Mustad is required by law to collect sales and use tax on total taxable product as well as shipping and handling charges for orders in the following states: Florida, New York, Alabama, Arkansas, and Oregon.

How do I track my order?

If you leave your e-mail or phone number as your contact information during the ordering process, you will receive a shipping confirmation notice via email or SMS when your order has left the warehouse. We'll include information so that you can track your order.

Do you accept international orders?

We do accept international orders, but we only ship to US addresses for now. We will gradually open for sales in other countries, so make sure to keep updated with our newsletter!

Where is my order confirmation?

When you press send, so do we! Your order confirmation is sent to the email address you listed in the billing section as soon as you place your order. Why is the information I looked at yesterday different now?

We’re always updating the site according to stock, accuracy, and pricing. As a result, all prices and descriptions listed are subject to change without notice (although they rarely do). Any product may be removed from a current sale at any time.

Shipping

When will my order ship?

We begin to process orders immediately upon receipt. Orders are processed Monday–Friday and ship out within 1–2 business days, depending on the time of day you place your order.

When will my order arrive?

Delivery times can vary depending on the shipping method you've selected in checkout and the destination of your package. Also, please be aware that weather, shipping holidays, peak shipping seasons and incorrect billing information can delay the shipment of your order.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

If you live within the United States, we ship to P.O. Boxes using USPS.

Paying

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Jcb, and Diners Club. We also accept Pay Pal.

Returns

What is your return policy?

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund within 30 calendar days from receiving the product. The product must be in new and unused condition and contain the original packaging. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs. Please contact us at [email protected] to get a return authorization form with instructions on how to return the product.

How long will it take to process my return?

We usually process your return within two business days after receiving the product. After inspection, your refund will be processed and credit will be applied back to your credit card or PayPal account. Depending on your credit card company, it may take between 2-10 days before you see the credit applied to your account.

Can I exchange a product?

If you've received the wrong product, please return the original product and place a new order online.

What is Mustad's warranty policy?

Mustad Fishing warrants its products against defects in materials or craftsmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. In the event of a defective product, it may be returned if it is still under warranty. If the purchase was made at a retail store, please return the product to the location from which the item was purchased.
