His extensive experience in sales at established sport fishing brand houses like Pure Fishing and Rather Outdoors plus passion for fishing will undoubtably give Mustad an edge in market acumen and commercial practices.
After 6 years with sports retail giant Scheels, Paul climbed the ladder at Pure Fishing for 12 years in expanding sales roles. Following valuable time in the hunting sphere, Paul shifted back to sport fishing with Rather Outdoors as VP of Sales before finding his next step with Mustad.
