Introduction

O. Mustad & Son Americas Inc. ("Mustad," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through mustad-fishing.com/us (the "Site"), how we use and share it, the choices available to you, and how to reach us with questions or requests.

This Policy applies to the Site and to related offline interactions, such as customer service calls or emails. It does not apply to third-party websites, apps, or services that we do not own or control, even if linked from the Site. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information in exchange for money. We do use advertising and analytics cookies and similar technologies from third-party partners that collect information such as identifiers, commercial information, and internet or device activity in order to deliver interest-based advertising. Under California and certain other state laws, this may be considered "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. In the past 12 months, we have shared these categories of personal information for that purpose, and we have not sold any categories of personal information. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age. You can opt out of this sharing as described in Your Privacy Rights below. We otherwise share personal information only as described below:

• Corporate affiliates. With other companies in the Mustad group of companies, for the purposes described in this Policy.
• Service providers. With vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing, order fulfillment and shipping, email and marketing platforms, customer service tools, and analytics providers. These vendors are authorized to use your information only as needed to provide those services.
• Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of some or all of our assets.
• Legal requirements. When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Mustad, our customers, or others.
• Aggregated or de-identified data. We may share information that has been aggregated or de-identified such that it no longer identifies you.

Key service providers. Our online store is built on Shopify, which hosts the Site and processes orders and payments on our behalf. Shopify's handling of your information is described in Shopify's Privacy Policy. We also use payment, email marketing, and analytics providers, each of which processes personal information under its own privacy policy and our instructions.

Your Privacy Rights

U.S. state privacy rights. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Know/Access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you
• Correct inaccurate personal information
• Delete personal information we have collected, subject to certain exceptions (for example, to complete a transaction, ensure security, debug the Site, or comply with a legal obligation)
• Opt out of the sale or "sharing" of your personal information, including for cross-context behavioral (interest-based) and targeted advertising
• Limit the use of sensitive personal information (we use sensitive information, such as account log-in credentials, only to provide and secure your account)

California "Shine the Light." Under California Civil Code Section 1798.83, California residents may request information about the categories of personal information we disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year, and the names and addresses of those third parties. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. International Users
